RoadBeetle is a web-based artist and tour management software package especially designed for the music industry.
Artist management companies and tour organizers use RoadBeetle to collaboratively manage the vital data and network of people involved in every
facet of a successful performing artist's tour.
RoadBeetle manages all scheduling, technical, labor, travel, catering and settlement data of each performance.

CALENDAR RoadBeetle allows users to generate multi-colored calendars for a quick and efficient view of an artist's schedule as well as multi-artist summary reports for management of resources and time.
MINI TOURBOOK RoadBeetle effortlessly creates mini-tourbooks which are composed of a report summary of detailed day sheets including venues, hotels, travel details, and daily schedules for a range of tour dates. Mini-tourbooks can be printed or saved as a PDF straight from RoadBeetle.
SHOW DETAILS RoadBeetle gives production managers a detailed overview day sheet report with complete venue, hotel, travel, and show schedule information as soon as you log in. This enables all users to find the information they need quickly in a single screen.
TICKET MANAGER RoadBeetle gives users an area to submit requests for tickets
and meet & greet passes for each show. Management is then be able to track requests, grant access, and email the list of
recipients the number or tickets and passes they received for each show.
E-NOTIFICATIONS RoadBeetle's built-in email client enables users to email any screen from the system to any email address. The system allows messaging to a single person or to a distribution list, without having to exit the application or activate a separate email application.
HTML NOTIFICATIONS RoadBeetle provides our clients with the ability to send web pages from their own sites as promotions or announcements. Sent pages must contain a REMOVE ME link which RoadBeetle will use to update the database for those not wishing to receive email from the system.
CATERING RoadBeetle provides clients with the ability to select and store caterers, schedule meal times,
display daily menus, post production requests, and list dressing room food necessities.
SHOW SCHEDULE RoadBeetle provides road manager's with an area to enter pre/post travel information, sound checks, meet & greets, and performance times for each performance during a tour.
PROMOTER RoadBeetle understand that for any performance there can be one or many promoters involved. Thus the promoter area gives management the ability to select one or many to associate with each show.
VENUE RoadBeetle provides our users with a complete list of international venues, arenas, amphitheaters, and casinos around the globe, along with the ability to store data about these locations for future use.
LOCAL LABOR Roadbeetle allows production managers to coordinate the schedules and activities of loaders, runners, electricians, fork lifts, and crew during the set up and tear down of a show and notify crews of any last minute technical changes.
HOTELS & TRAVEL RoadBeetle provides clients with an area to store data on their favorite hotels such as: the quality of the accommodations, amenities, reservation information, check in/out times, and to create a list of surrounding sites and activities for future tours.
E-PROMOTIONS RoadBeetle allows our artists to send specially designed promos and announcements about tours and record releases to their own email list via our system and can monitor the number of times each email is viewed by the recipients.

FILE SHARE & STORAGE The RoadBeetle file storage area lets clients upload documents, pictures, riders, contracts, etc to an online filing system, which other users will be able to access and retrieve online, anytime. Clients can also send files straight from the system.
TECH RoadBeetle allows clients to manage the technical data for sound, lighting, and performance personnel to monitor resources, while coordinating every technical aspect of a performance for a flawless show.
SETTLEMENT RoadBeetle has a complete financial reporting feature which will enable management to track ticket sales, venue expenses, pre-show deposits, and artist revenue deals for each performance.
TEXT MESSAGING RoadBeetle has the ability to store cell phone numbers and carrier information so enabling clients to send text messages up to 160 characters in length to a cell phone. This means last minute changes can be communicated easily and effectively.
COMPANIES & CONTACTS RoadBeetle has a complete contact management system that enables users to store, categorize, and sort all of their contacts and companies for quick and easily utilization by the management staff.
PERSONNEL RoadBeetle's personnel area allows managers to create a roster of employees and associated jobs for use in scheduling and resource allocation on the day of a show.
PDF GENERATOR In addition to "print friendly" screens, RoadBeetle has a built-in make-PDF button that dynamically creates a PDF document of any screen or report from within RoadBeetle within the browser without any additional software. Clients can then download these files for printing or sharing with others.
